1. Introduction

Welcome to Funded Trader Markets Affiliate Program! This policy outlines the terms and conditions for affiliates who wish to participate in our program. By signing up and participating, you agree to comply with the rules and guidelines outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To participate in the affiliate program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Any Individual with a valid website, blog, or social media presence can join.
• Not be engaged in illegal or unethical activities. ( KYC )

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are expected to:

• Promote our products honestly and ethically.
• Use only approved marketing materials provided by us.
• Avoid spamming, misleading claims, or false representations.
• Abide by all the Terms & Conditions of the company.

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn commissions as follows:

• A 10-22.5% commission on the sale of any product purchased through their unique referral link.
• Commissions will be approved and available for withdrawal after 15 days to account for any Refund or Cancellations.
• If an affiliate earns over a specific amount, additional bonuses: Free account will be granted. However, if that affiliate has max allocation with us will only receive the free account once he is below the max allocation.

5. Payment Terms

Payments will be made On-Demand via Crypto if the requirement is met:

• The minimum payout threshold is 100$. 
• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details and ensuring their account is set up to receive payments.

6. Cookie Duration

We use cookies to track referrals. These cookies will last for 30 days after a user clicks your affiliate link. If a user makes a purchase within this time frame, you will receive the commission for that sale.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the affiliate program:

• Engaging in fraudulent activities or artificial inflation of commissions including creating fake affiliate accounts to receive commission on own purchase.
• Violating intellectual property rights or using unauthorized promotional materials without taking permission.
• Misrepresenting the relationship with Funded Trader Markets
• Engaging in PPC (Pay-Per-Click) marketing using our brand name keyword and bidding on Funded Trader Markets branded terms.

We want our affiliates to be individuals who genuinely benefit from the program by referring friends and family. Any prohibited practices such as spamming, fake referrals, or PPC (pay-per-click) advertising will result in account termination, as these actions are considered to be in direct competition with the company’s operations.

8. Termination of Affiliate Status

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, without prior notice, if they violate the terms of this policy.

• Affiliates can also terminate their participation at any time by notifying us in writing.
• Upon termination, any outstanding commissions will be forfeited if the affiliate has violated any terms of the agreement.

9. Modification of Terms

Funded Trader Markets reserves the right to modify the terms of this affiliate policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or within their affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program after such modifications will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
