Please note that the signup fee is nonrefundable, either partially or fully, under the following circumstances:
- Trading activity has commenced by the user on the Evaluation Trading Account.
- The user is in breach of any of the Company’s terms laid out in the Terms & Conditions.
In the event that a platform change becomes necessary, accounts may be migrated to an alternative platform of your preference. Refund requests for accounts involved in such migrations will not be accepted, regardless of whether the account has been traded or not.
Disputed Payments
If you make an unjustifiable complaint regarding the paid fee or dispute the fee with your Bank/Payment Provider (Chargebacks), leading to a request for a refund, annulment, or cancellation of the fee, we reserve the right to cease providing any services to you and refuse any future services.
