Non-Refundable Fee

Please note that the signup fee is nonrefundable, either partially or fully, under the following circumstances:

• Trading activity has commenced by the user on the Evaluation Trading  Account.
• The user is in breach of any of the Company’s terms laid out in the Terms & Conditions.

Disputed Payments

If you make an unjustifiable complaint regarding the paid fee or dispute the fee with your Bank/Payment Provider (Chargebacks), leading to a request for a refund, annulment, or cancellation of the fee, we reserve the right to cease providing any services to you and refuse any future services.
